**THE ROLE**

As a **Procurement & Stock Analyst** you will be responsible for procuring Indie Campers' needs regarding our campervan extras, consumables and spare parts for the locations we operate in Europe, North America and Oceania, maintaining optimal stock levels in support of operational activities, simultaneously developing and increasing our network of suppliers, plus increasing order forecast and automation capabilities.

**WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?**

  • Control and manage parts orders and inventory.
  • Enhance the service provider/supplier base.
  • Establish and maintain service provider/supplier service level agreements.
  • Maintain and enhance price tables.
  • Administer service provider/supplier invoicing and payments.
  • Analyze and manage supplier performance.
  • Improve and enhance processes.
  • Periodic budgeting

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

  • Degree in Logistics, Engineering or Business Management;
  • Fleet industry experience (rent-a-car, fleet management / leasing company, or auto workshop experience) - nice to have
  • Passion for the automotive or campervan industry.
  • Easy to adapt and flexible.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Full English proficiency (mandatory), any other European Language is a plus.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
