**The HR Service Center Representative will perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Employee Service Center.** You will maintain and organize human resources information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and perform a variety of professional administrative tasks in support of the organization's human resources function.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day support from an input/procedure standpoint and responding to both global and region-specific questions by providing direct responses to employees or directing the employee to the appropriate expert. Activities may include reporting to management any issues or concerns, working on special projects representing the Employee Service Center, testing of HR systems during upgrades/technical environment changes and documenting workflow/new procedures.

In addition, this position will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee information reporting.

**In this role, you will**:
Assist PandaDoc Employees
- Respond to standard global requests and region-specific requests based on established guidelines, and refer more complex or confidential inquiries to appropriate experts
- Provide coverage for the day-to-day support of employees, managers, and HRBP function
- Answers routine employee questions regarding human resources policies, procedures, or practices
- Provide routine information to employees on benefits and ensure prompt processing of personnel claims for benefits

Improve Data Consistency and Accuracy
- Follow established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS
- Ensure HRIS or related systems are updated appropriately
- Conduct audits to ensure data integrity of employee information
- Maintain both electronic and physical employee records

Contribute towards PandaDoc's HR Knowledge Base
- Update HRWiki based on new policies, which were provided by People Operation Managers
- Provide feedback from employees to people operations manager to maintain a repository of forms, guidance, or other documents that are needed by employees

Provide Leadership with Effective Reporting and Data Analytics
- Generate and execute basic reports or queries and provide summaries of data for use in analysis
- Ensure that all standard reports are updated and distributed accurately and in a timely manner
- Support the Employee Service Center and Analytics Manager in the creation and generation of ad hoc reports for HR and business

Additional
- Monitor systems for problems, identify and implement corrective and preventative actions;
- Provide support as a backup for the Employee Service Center and Analytics Manager.
- Promote PandaDoc vision and values in all interactions with employees

**About you**:

- 2+ years of HR experience related to HR practices, policies and procedures
- Broad HR knowledge that spans multiple areas including payroll, benefits and other areas
- Ability to navigate through multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Tremendous flexibility and ability to quickly learn new programs and policies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving, organizational and analytical skills
- Commit to results while working in a fast-paced, dynamic and reciprocal environment
- Strong work ethic with a high level of integrity, responsiveness, and ownership to build trust with our clients and colleagues
