What You Will do
:

  • Assist and guide customers by answering questions, providing information, and helping them choose the best option or solution based on their needs.
  • Resolve issues efficiently, such as handling complaints, troubleshooting problems, or processing requests to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records, including updating customer information, documenting interactions, and following company procedures to ensure consistency and quality.


What We Are Lookinfg For
:

  • Italian proficiency at C2/Native level.
  • English level of B2 or higher.
  • EU passport or valid Portuguese residence card.
  • Passion for travel, service, or online platforms.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work in an international team
