Job Overview:
As an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for customers, helping them resolve inquiries and providing support across various channels like phone, email, and chat. Your role is to deliver a positive customer experience while efficiently managing requests and solving problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Assist with product information, service-related queries, and technical issues.
  • Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending requests.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and deliver a better customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Italian (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and tools is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week with rotating shifts (depending on the companys needs).
