Within the CX & B2C Business Line, more precisely in the Research, Innovation & Customer Advocacy department, and as a Research & Innovation Technician, you will:
- Develops the system of monitoring and knowledge relating to markets, consumers and customers of his/her entity (scope, research focus, sources, methodologies, tools, analyses)
- Contribute to propose marketing studies to be carried out in order to respond to the problems identified within his / her scope, providing support to requesting business lines when necessary; writes briefs and specifications
- Organizes and pilots the production of studies and their results; managing internal and external service providers where necessary
- Analyses and summarizes the information collected and issues recommendations for orienting strategic decisions within his/ her scope of action
- Contribute to create an environment that encourages innovation (disruptive and incremental) and collaboration
- Uses, in a regular basis, innovation methodologies (ex. Design Thinking) and knows main markets trends regarding innovative products, services and client experiences
- Knows and interacts with the local and global Innovation Management ecosystem (incubators, startups, academics, investment funds)
- Runs main steps of the innovation Proof of Concepts workflow to realize Proof of Concepts within the Innovation Factory
- Is able to find an easy and innovative solutions on issues faced internally, by a client or a partner
- Contributes to spread an innovation culture over Cetelem Portugal and be part of the BNP Paribas Global Innovation Community
