**Responsibilities**:
Assist in gathering project requirements, conducting site analysis, and collaborating with clients to understand their design vision and goals.
- Support the design team in creating concept sketches, renderings, and architectural drawings to communicate design ideas effectively.

Assist in producing detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
Contribute to the development of design presentations, design development packages, and project documentation.
Assist in researching building materials, construction techniques, and sustainability strategies to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project requirements and specifications.
Support the project team in reviewing project specifications, drawings, and documents for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as organizing project files, maintaining project schedules, and updating design libraries.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Architecture.
- Strong design skills with a passion for architecture and a keen eye for aesthetics, proportion, and detail.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and visual.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in design documentation and presentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Previous internship or course work in architecture or related fields is a plus but not required.
- Eligible for IEFP's ATIVAR internship
