Are you a passionate and driven physiotherapy student looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic healthcare environment? Sword, a leading healthcare organization, is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Clinical Ops Team as part of our Internship Program. This program provides valuable hands-on experience, mentorship, and the chance to contribute to meaningful projects while expanding your knowledge and skills in the field of physiotherapy.
**Internship Program Overview**:
- As an intern in the Sword Clinical Ops Team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment. This program will provide you with hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of clinical operations, including patient assessments, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and patient education. You will contribute to real-world projects, gain valuable insights into the healthcare industry, and develop essential skills to excel in your future career.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Physiotherapy;
- Strong passion for physiotherapy and a desire to make a positive impact on patient care;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Previous clinical or internship experience in physiotherapy is preferred but not required.
**Duration**:
- This internship program will have a duration of 3 months and will provide valuable learning opportunities, mentorship, and exposure to the field of clinical physiotherapy. However, the duration and frequency can be accordingly with Sword and student agreement.
