WHO YOU ARE**:
- An experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist in full life cycle recruiting
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing
- A Data-driven person with a mindset focused on maximizing Return on investment
- Fluent in English
- Experienced in communicating and updating all levels of internal partners**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- Ensure that we meet the recruitment plan and keep the stakeholders updated, presenting regular reports to them.
- Give an exceptional experience to your hiring managers
Partner with hiring managers regarding the selection and offer process
- Help on several recruitment processes development and continuous improvement, having in mind the global impact of these solutions and adapting it to local needs
Think outside of the box, giving inputs to be inspiring and always making courageous decisions, taking valuable risks
