Then we have the right opportunity for you to join a young and dynamic team as an Export Control & Finance Master Data Specialist

As an Export Control & Finance Master Data Specialist, your main task will be to ensure compliance with national and international regulations and sanctions programs.

In your new role you will:

- Be accountable for the **Vendor and Bank release in TA22 **;
- Be responsible for **Customer Related Controls **such as **Spot Checks and EUCs **(End User Checks);
- Take care of the **Account checking **;
- Handle **SSF requests **;
- Support **Export Control Audits **;
- Check and update **contract clauses **;
- Understand **new business and projects **at IFSSC and assess the **Export Control impact **;
- Guarantee the **training of SSC employees **;
- **Report and escalate issues **to counterparts following established processes;
- Contact **national authorities **;
- **Revise and keep up to date internal documentation **for Export Control and Anti-Money Laundering;
- Execute **changes in SAP finance master data **as defined in corresponding business process in the areas of Accounting, Controlling and Treasury;
- Ensure that **processes are delivered according to the rules and guidelines **defined;
- **Assist business process experts **and Finance Master Data Governance **in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation in order to ensure data quality and compliance;
- **Contribute to projects in the area of master data **or in any other project where master data is involved by delivering expected milestones in an independent manner.

With your hands-on mentality, creativity and excellent communication skills you are able to develop ideas and set up sustainable relationships with your team and other counterparts. You enjoy working in an international environment and generate value with your ideas and solutions. Furthermore, you have high-quality standards for your work and excellent analytical skills supported by your attention to detail and focus on delivery.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, **or equivalent degree;
- At least **2 years of experience in Export Control, Master Data **, or similar, preferably in an international and multicultural environment;
- Good knowledge of **MS Office tools **(particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and **SAP **(would be an advantage);
- **Proactive personality **with a **sense of urgency and attention to detail **at all times;
- Excellent **communication and problem-solving skills **;
- **Fluency in English **.
