**Your mission**:
We're looking for a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between the product development, sales and marketing teams. You will help identify target markets, refine Codacy’s ICP and persona segments, and align product initiatives. You will develop strong competitive messaging and value propositions to position new technologies in a manner that speaks to the customers' needs and impacts the customer's decision making.
**What will be your day-to-day?**
- Product Alignment: Work with R&D team to support releases, create content, narratives, and support the product roadmap;
- Product Marketing Content: Write and help develop product marketing basis: datasheets, playbooks, website content, 1-pagers, demo videos, etc. that establish Codacy as an industry leader;
- Competitive Intelligence: regularly research, define and understand the target markets, target customer personas, and competitive landscape for Codacy products;
- Messaging and Positioning: Become an expert on our product, customers, industry and category trends, and the competitors in our space through detailed analysis of customer problems and interviews. Synthesize into messaging, playbooks, market reports, etc;
- Support GTM Programs: Work with marketing team to identify opportunities to showcase Codacy in ongoing and pilot new GTM programs with a strong focus on winning hearts and minds to increase awareness (e.g. website traffic, webinar registrations, database growth) and demand (free trials, pipeline);
- Sales Enablement: Work with sales to create pitch decks and sales materials for different audiences and GTM plays. Work with sales and marketing partners to analyze metrics and create materials and strategies that improve performance at each stage of the sales process;
- Support Customer Marketing: Partner with marketing and CS and open-source community members to co-author marketing content for case studies and customer marketing initiatives;
- Reporting and data: partner with demand gen and marketing operations to improve reporting and ROI on campaigns, content, usage, metrics internally, etc;
- Support and promote the company values through positive interactions with both internal and external partners and customers on a regular basis;
- Other strategic business initiatives or cross-functional project involvement as required.
**Your profile**:
- 4+ years as a product marketing manager in a global B2B SaaS company; dev oriented companies preferred;
- Startup experience;
- Full working proficiency in English
- Experience with UE and North America markets;
- Strong understanding of the lead-to-revenue cycle and marketing/sales funnel;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong messaging skills, and ability to create and edit content at an expert level;
- Experience developing narratives, marketing programs, and product content;
- A passion for research and digging into market and customer trends to surface the most impactful messaging for each;
- Ability to partner with marketers and designers to create experiences that are positive for the brand, delightful for the user, and impactful for the business;
- Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, MIxpanel, Hubspot Marketing Hub; very strong analytical skills and data-driven approach;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you are a great team player with a hands-on mentality;
- HIgh attention to detail, ability to work independently and achieve goals in a remote environment;
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
