Our GBS is looking for a Sales Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira.

Internship Plann
1- Be able to correctly perform all tasks in the company's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning): Update of customer and intercompany prices; Placing open orders, closed orders and canceled orders (for parts, transport, D&D) for external customers for all European plants and internal customers; Maintaining material master data and creating material information record; Support Sales Administration and cooperate with the Accounts Receivable team to support any topic related to invoicing and cash tracking.
2- Be able to manage and carry out tasks necessary to achieve the goals of the work group and the organization:
Archive documents and reports;
Participate in Problem Solving Groups and/or participate in improvement groups with a view to solving problems;
Propose solutions and methodologies that contribute to the optimization of teamwork processes;
- No experience required
- High school, Degree in business school
- Good with computer skills (MS Office), Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English (mandatory), French or German or Spanish (valued)
- Analytical mindset
