As a Digital Strategy HR Trainee, you will support our HR Digital Strategy and Experts team. You will have a crucial role in HR digitalization, impacting global HR processes and communicating with different stakeholders to implement our digital strategy for HR on a global scale.

In your new role, you will:

- Assist the Head of HR Digital in **preparing**clear**communication for management meetings, and organizing communication materials**for HR
- Support in the preparation of **the HR Digital strategy and roadmap**:

- **Support**our team of **digital experts**in tool evaluation and project preparation
- Perform **ad-hoc support on the team’s daily tasks**and operational activities
- **Work closely with our HR organization**and with different stakeholders for meetings and project deployments

**Your Profile**

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

- A degree in **Human Resources Management**, **Business Administration, Information Technologies,**or a similar field
- An affinity for HR **Technology**:

- Experience with **HR processes**is a clear advantage
- An excellent command of **Microsoft Office**, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Phenomenal **communication**and **stakeholder management**skills
- Fluency in **English**(written and spoken)
