**Salary**: €2,500 per month (with potential increases)

**The Role**:
We are looking for a talented and experienced **Social Media Manager** to lead our digital presence and help us connect with travelers globally. In this role, you will:

- Create and manage content for our social media platforms, including **Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook**.
- Collaborate with our free tour guides to develop engaging content.
- Work with **micro-influencers** to enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and bookings.
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and performance to optimize strategies.
- Perform other social media-related tasks to support the growth of the company’s online presence.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- **Fluency in English** and good knowledge of **Spanish**.
- Passion for and understanding of the **travel industry**.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Flexibility to travel when required.
