We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and high-energy **Food & Drinks Runner** - someone who thrives on fast-paced service, precision, and team spirit.

**What You’ll Do**

As a Food & Drinks Runner at Mona Verde, you’ll be the essential link between the kitchen, the bar, and our guests - ensuring every dish and drink arrives fresh, flawless, and on time. You’ll support our service team with speed, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude that keeps the energy flowing all night long.

**Your Main Responsibilities**

**Food & Beverage Delivery**
- Run food and drinks from kitchen or bar to tables promptly and with care.
- Present dishes and beverages clearly, noting any special instructions or dietary requests.
- Ensure hot dishes stay hot and cold drinks stay cold during transport.

**Guest Interaction & Support**
- Be a visible, friendly presence on the floor, offering support where needed.
- Refill water, clear used plates, and assist with guest needs upon request.
- Provide quick, polite responses to guest questions or concerns.

**Service Area Readiness**
- Keep service stations, pass areas, and tray setups clean and organized.
- Polish glassware, cutlery, and plates to ensure every detail is spotless.
- Prepare necessary utensils, condiments, and side items for service.

**Team Coordination**
- Work closely with waiters, bartenders, and chefs to prioritize ticket orders and table needs.
- Communicate any delays, allergies, or guest preferences accurately and quickly.
- Support smooth table turnover with swift clearing and resetting.

**Safety, Hygiene & Presentation**
- Follow all food handling and safety protocols, including HACCP guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work area throughout service.
- Handle equipment, trays, and glassware carefully to prevent accidents or breakages.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or runner role preferred.
- High energy, stamina, and the ability to move quickly for long periods.
- Great communication and a strong team-first attitude.
- Sharp eye for detail, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: 1,500.00€ - 2,000.00€ per month
