Responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of JLL's residential real estate division. This role combines creativity, organizational skills, and real estate knowledge to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating marketing materials and content for residential properties
- Develop and implement newsletters, social media content, and website
- Update property listings on various platforms
- Support the organization of open houses, residential marketing events, and property visits
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports on all activities
- Collaborate with agents and brokers to understand property features
- Maintain a database of marketing assets and client information
- Contribute to the development of external partnerships
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competition
