We're Hiring | Senior Digital Marketing Programmatic Specialist (German Speaker)
Start Date: 28 April 2025
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (local time)
Work Model: 100% Remote (From continental Portugal only)
Salary Range: 39,000 44,000/year + 5,000 Language Bonus
Languages Required:
Native-level German (C1+)
Fluent English (B2 or higher)
What Youll Do
- Manage and optimize large-scale programmatic campaigns across DV360 and Google Ads.
- Drive full-funnel media strategies from planning and setup to monitoring and performance reporting.
- Deliver actionable insights through deep analytics, reporting, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and account managers to meet campaign goals.
- Stay on the pulse of emerging trends in programmatic, ad tech, and performance marketing.
- Own client communications and deliver strategic recommendations with confidence and clarity.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Programmatic Campaigns.
- Proven experience using Google Ads and/or DV360.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and campaign KPIs (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Experience in or with marketing agencies is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Tech-savvy, analytical, and always seeking optimization opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (C1) and English (B2+).
