**Position**:Russian & English Interpreter**
**Location**: Remote (Portugal-based)
**Contract Type**: Full-Time, 12-Month Contract (Renewable)

**Training & Support**
Our **3-week training program** will provide you with the necessary tools to excel in your role. The training is conducted in English and covers:

- Introduction to relevant software and tools
- In-depth product and service knowledge
- On-the-job training with continuous feedback

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and professional interpretation services between Russian and English-speaking clients
- Assist with written communication, ensuring clarity and precision
- Manage client queries and provide high-quality customer service

**What We're Looking For**:

- Fluency in both **Russian and English** (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer service or interpretation role is an advantage, but not required
