PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (JOB NUMBER: 2401LCF17237) **Your Main Activities Are** - Help manage different projects on a broad set of initiatives and topics that target several departments within the Bank - Perform information analysis and develop documents or presentations on the drafted conclusions - Develop and coordinate multiple events (physical or digital) identifying improvement opportunities and managing unforeseen incidents - Establish and maintain an ongoing relation with all the stakeholders involved in the projects/ events - Guarantee the full alignment of the events with the company’s institutional relation’s strategy and specific event’s goals - Inspire and motivate different communities, linked with different projects, namely trough social networks, within University students’ environment - Build and manage these communities’ social media profiles and presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant - Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our recruitment brand and Group’s projects - Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report with a strong analytical sight **Profile and Skills to Success** - Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Communication or related areas - English fluent - French fluent - Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to informed decisions - Proactive and goal-oriented mind-set - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High level of creativity and autonomy - Able to work transversally and with several teams LI-Hybrid **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - ** Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
