**Mission**

We are looking for a **Financial Operations Controller**to join our_ _**_Inetum Team_** and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation

**Main Tasks**:

- Execute tasks according to closing schedules.
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance and registration of documents (e.g., invoices).
- Deliver error-free financial reports (CAPEX/OPEX) within deadlines.
- Provide precise resource and logistics reports on time.
- Prepare meeting documents using corporate templates.
- Manage and control the budget for the area (CAPEX and OPEX).
- Organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders.
- Compile reports to support area management and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain project documentation.

**Profile**

**Profile**:

- Academic background in Business Administration or similar
- + 2 years in Financial/Administrative areas.
- Good knowledge of **Service Now**.
- Knowledge in **Jira** and **Confluence**.
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Driven to team work

(**Hybrid work**, with 2 days of work in the office in **LISBON** per week)
