As a Marketing Associate, you will play a central role in building our brand awareness across Iberia, Latin America, and the U.S. You will use the right channels and social media platforms to position our brand both online and offline.

In this role, you will also manage PR, events, and special projects tailored to our target customer — helping us generate visibility, engagement, and lasting impressions. You will work with CRM tools and marketing analytics to track performance and design best-in-class commercial campaigns that increase client conversion rates.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience across the full marketing spectrum — from content to strategy to performance.

**Your Qualifications**:

- **Languages**: Impeccable written and verbal communication in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (Brazilian preferred).
- **Storytelling & Content**: A fantastic storyteller and marketer who understands how to tailor messages to different audiences and markets.
- **Design Skills**: Comfortable using image editing and design tools, with a very good eye for visuals and brand consistency.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Experience or interest in leveraging CRM and campaign analytics to improve outcomes.
- **Curiosity & Ownership**: You deep dive into your work, research thoroughly, and are a motivated self-learner.
- **Attention to Detail**: You care about the small things that make a big difference in execution.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative, responsible, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced team.
