We are looking for an experienced, creative, and dedicated Project Manager to join our diverse global team.

Selina’s products serve both Selina’s growing network of locations and their activities, as well as Selina’s customers, both online and on-site in the locations.
**As an R&D Project Manager, you will be working closely with our Core Systems Business Unit, managing the entire unit’s Roadmap, and handling the day-to-day projects’ lifecycle to deliver the desired outcomes on time, budget, and scope; identifying bottlenecks and optimizing efficiency by creating operational processes.**
**You will also be managing strategic projects from A-Z, responsible for all project phases, from initiation to full rollout and implementation at Selina destinations globally.**
**You will be communicating on a daily basis with Product Managers, R&D Team Leaders, and Business Managers from different departments in the company.**

**R**esponsibilities**:

- Manage complex, global, cross-departmental R&D-related projects.
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery
- Set the right methodology for how projects need to be planned, delivered, monitored, and communicated.
- Manage the lifecycle of our complex projects - Map stakeholders, Kickoff, set timeline & budget, scope, map risks, monitor progress, manage changes, escalate and communicate the progress of each project.
- Create and facilitate a yearly\quarterly Roadmap
- Own the rollout process of the different projects for our end-users and internal customers.
- Be the one individual who can address all delivery and program-related topics within the unit you work with.
- Be a Jira Champion within the unit you work with.
- Help lead the Engineering Squads to success

- Have excellent communication skills
- Have great technical orientation.
- Have proven ability to lead people toward execution, resolve conflicts. and make things happen.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a large company, and have managed complex global R&D projects.
- Have experience working in a global company.
- Thrive in stressful environments, and can easily manage many projects simultaneously, from initiation to delivery.
- Are adaptable to changes in product requirements, organizational structures, and business conditions.
- Experienced in working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Have a Bachelor of Science in System Engineering/ a technical field or equivalent work experience.
- Are highly proficient in English
- spoken and written.
- Have a positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
- Are self-aware and have a desire to always strive to improve
