NH Hotels & Tivoli in its Central Reservation Officelocated in the center of Lisbon, needs to incorporate a person to carry out the position of HR and personnel administration on a stable basis.
- What are we looking for?

We want you to be an organized, proactive person who likes working in a team and managing a high volume of staff.
- What functions will you perform?
- Personnel administration
- Reporting: Absences, delays, shift preparation, medical leave and sick leave, holiday management.
- Updating and managing databases.
- Management and administrative procedures
- Management and formalities with Labour Relations.
- SAP HR, Millenium and Meta4
- Other information:

- Timetable from 9:00 to 18:00 h from Monday to Friday.
