We are looking for a
**Business Analyst/Referential Administrator** to join a project in a client based in Lisbon (banking area). You will provide high quality Master Data Solutions, design and deliver evolutions, give a technical and functional support (training, users support level 1 & 2), administrate the referential (data creation & modification, parameters management), ensure a business monitoring (production monitoring), define standards in governance, rules and exchanges, manage re design projects and provide data quality monitoring.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities
- Ensure end user support and resolve production and accesses issues
- Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers
- Inspect and control updates of sensitive data and operate in place of customers
- Follow-up on production support, incident management, and prepare reporting

**Technical and Essential Skills**:

- University degree, or equivalent by experience, in IT/Computer Engineering, Business Management/Finance, Information Management, or other related fields
- More than 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role
- Availability and customer orientation skills
- Pro-active attitude with ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment
- Team spirit and at ease with multi-tasking
- Ability to report
- Office Pack (MS Excel), Methodologies (Agile), Database Management (SQL)
- Soft Skills in Business - IT, Ability to deliver / Results driven
- FLUENT in English MANDATORY
