World Talent Selection is hiring **Dutch/Flemish speakers Talent** for our prestigious client in Lisbon. **-> Description**: Market research shows that the store has been one of the most popular stores for Dutch-speaking customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. This appreciation reflects the continuous increase in the number of visitors as well as the many prices awarded to the store by the public. **-> Responsabilities**: - Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions; - Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns; - Point of contact for external sellers; - Provide information about digital products; - Escalation and rerouting of issues to other departments. **Requirements**: - Fluent in Dutch; - Great listening and communication skills; - Attention to detail; - Aptitude for problem-solving; - Dynamism and team spirit; - High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement). - **Valid Work permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory)**; **Benefits**: - _**Starting date : March 24th or April 7th**_ - _**Location : Home Office**_ - Contract : 1 year renewal 2 times.
