**JoomPro** is the first end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace. We aspire to create a new level of service in the wholesale purchasing market. We give everyone, anywhere in the world, the opportunity to order goods from factories in China easily and efficiently. After a successful launch in Brazil, we are now expanding to Mexico to bring seamless wholesale trade to new markets.

**JoomPro** is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom Group also includes other businesses: Joom, a platform for global shopping; JoomPulse, a data platform that provides analytics and recommendations for marketplace sellers; and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom Group has offices in Latvia, China, Portugal, Germany, and Brazil, with its headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses and products.

We're looking for a results-driven **SEO Specialist** to help elevate JoomPro's organic search performance, drive qualified traffic, and increase visibility for our product, category, and content pages.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the development of a scalable SEO strategy that reflects JoomPro's growth and localization goals
- Enhance our content structure and page templates to improve keyword alignment, internal linking, and UX signals
- Identify technical SEO issues affecting crawlability, indexing, or site performance, and collaborate with developers to implement effective solutions
- Improve organic visibility, rankings, and CTR across core landing pages (product, category, blog)
- Track and report on SEO KPIs, including rankings, CTR, traffic, indexed pages, and crawl performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and dev teams to ensure all SEO initiatives are implemented effectively

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO (on-page and technical), preferably, within e-commerce, marketplaces, SaaS, or product-focused B2B websites
- Proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog or Sitebulb
- Solid understanding of how to identify search intent, avoid keyword cannibalization, and structure content for ranking
- Curious, proactive mindset, comfortable experimenting with AI tools and staying updated on SEO trends
- Fluency in English

**Preferred**
- Experience with international SEO or multi-language websites
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, page performance metrics, or LightHouse
