**About the Team**
- Consulting & Transformation (C&T) is part of the COO scope of BNP Paribas Portugal. Its goal is to advise BNP Paribas’ Management, participating in the framing, design and implementation of projects and operating models aimed at supporting global Functions & CIB Business lines, having both a global and local mandate.
- Compliance C&T Portugal is part of this expertise center, servicing Compliance Executive Committee covering all Business Lines and all Regions across the Group.
- In collaboration with Compliance C&T France, we support the Group’s strategic plan by providing expertise on:
- Identifying disruptive, tactical and strategic quality improvement and cost reduction opportunities
- Accompanying the teams in their transformation journey by driving the change and acting as trusted advisor of international sponsors
- Participating to remediation programs by ensuring overall relevance and efficiency of the action plan delivering appropriate coordination with worldwide stakeholders to meet regulatory deadlines

**ABOUT THE JOB**:

- The Senior Project Manager's mission is to lead simple to complex programmes or projects to success, while coaching junior team members, and striving for the continuous improvement of the project management methodologies and associated tools and techniques.

**YOUR MAIN ACTIVITIES ARE**:

- Lead complex projects ensuring that the key project outcomes are delivered
- Ensure meaningful project structure and governance, as well as management of key stakeholders, represent projects in key stakeholder (OpCo, SteerCo) and report directly to project sponsors
- Ensure method is applied to frame and execute programme, projects, or specific complex project streams, on time, on quality and on budget
- Lead meetings, workshops or internal trainings, using pertinent techniques and providing perceptive results
- Support clients in implementing project outcomes and follow-up outcomes with clients
- Take responsibility for the delivery of presentations and reporting for clients and management
- Provide continuous support and coaching to the other team members
- Promote the knowledge sharing within the team
- Foster and contribute to continuous improvement mindset within the team and with client
- Ensure the efficient management of project resources, including human resources

**PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS**:

- Masters Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Compliance or other related areas
- At least 4 years of experience in Project Management and Consulting
- English fluent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to manage a project
- Knowledge in Organization and Strategy
- Ability to understand, explain and support change
- Attention do detail and rigor
- Client focused
- Ability to manage or facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee or training
