We are growing our team and looking for those interested in pursuing this dream with us and joining an ever-developing journey. **THE ROLE** As the **Fleet Strategy Operations Lead** you will be responsible for the Coordination and Execution of the Infleet and Defleet of our own vehicles, within each geographical scope (Europe, North America and/or Oceania). You will highly contribute to the short, mid - and long-term Planning of our own fleet. You will design, establish and review cross-functional infleet and defleet processes, oversee the administrative management of our new fleet with regulatory bodies and service providers. Establishing and delivering reports for executives and stakeholders is a key responsibility, whilst working cross functionally with other teams (Logistics, Fleet Operations, RV Sales, Revenue, Corporate finance and others) in fleet end-to-end projects. This position will be based in our HQ Office in Lisbon, Portugal, and you will report directly to the Associate Director of Fleet Strategy. **WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?** - Responsible for successfully ensuring on-time infleet of our own vehicles within budget in our different geographies. - Ensure successful on-time defleet of vehicles in coordination with RV Sales department and Fleet Operations. - Define, implement and establish global cross-functional infleet/defleet processes and continuous improvement projects to scale our own fleet. - Design and improve control processes to monitor fleet compliance within regulatory standards and contractual terms with external partners. - Manage relationships with service providers (registration companies, import partners and others). - Support global fleet relocation efforts in coordination with the Fleet department. - Develop metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements. - Lead, coach and develop a team of Fleet Analysts'/Associate's (direct reports). **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** - Master's Degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering or similar. - You have 5+ years working experience, with a background in fleet planning or operational project management, and team management experience, on an international level or multinational company. - You are fluent in English, spoken and written. - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in fast paced environment - Excellent analytical and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects. - Motivated by growth and ambition to have an impact in a high potential industry. - Good negotiation skills a plus **WHAT WE OFFER?** - The opportunity to be a key member in the scaling of a one-of-a-kind company in a fast-growing market; - The chance to work with outstanding people from many nationalities and backgrounds in a "scale-up culture", to revolutionize the campervan road trip market worldwide; - Free perks such as health insurance,Travel & Education vouchers, road trips in our campervans, free snacks and coffee in the office.
