PROJECT MANAGER TRAINEE (JOB NUMBER: 2305GSS15189) **About the job** - Within the Procurement & Performance, Transformation & Organisation team is responsible to support the management of the center and run projects that impact the organization, namely the integration of new activities - A junior function is available to support the management in the build-up of P&P and contribute in the implementation of projects - We are looking for someone who is passionate about organisation, has initiative and autonomy, and is able to adapt to the needs and priorities **Your Main Activities Are** - Participate in the implementation of the new projects in the organization - Support the implementation of the new internal processes - Partner with Project Managers to support the development of P&P organization - Verify and monitor that the documentation is updated and in line with the applied processes - Collect and present data needed to manage consolidated dashboards (KPI and others reporting) - Support local initiatives via projects with all people involved (definition and follow-up of the plan, actions and resources, among others) - Contribute to transversal support activities of P&P **Profile and Skills to Success** - Bachelor degree in Economics, Management, Finance or Business - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Fluent in English (B2 Level, CECRL certificate) - Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude, autonomy - Organizational skills - Analytical and problem solving skills - Good attention to detail - Ability to work with international locations - Strong team spirit - Ability to work under tight deadlines and to respect priorities - Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) - Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment LI-Hybrid **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - ** Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
