We are looking for an exceptional Guest Experience Agent to join our team and provide a unique and unforgettable experience to our guests. Given your profile and experience in the hospitality industry, I think you could be an excellent fit for this position.

Some of the features we look for include:

- Experience in the luxury hospitality industry or in a high-end customer service environment.
- Exceptional skills in guest relationship management.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (other languages are a plus).
- Passion for attention to detail and creating memorable guest experiences.
- The position offers a dynamic and challenging working environment in an exclusive building of 25 luxury apartments, located in a privileged area of Lisbon, where your contribution will be essential to ensure the satisfaction and comfort of our customers.

Some of the tasks you will help us with:

- Check the day's arrivals and departures
- Prepare check-in information for arriving guests
- Check-in and check-out
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure apartments are ready on time
- Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues
- Update guest information in the PMS (Hotelgest) (where applicable)
- Provide tourist information and recommendations to guests
- Coordinate additional services requested by guests (transfers, reservations, etc.)
- Conduct tours of the apartments with new guests if necessary
- Keep the reception area clean and tidy
- Record all important guest interactions in the system
- Conduct security rounds in the building
- Prepare the End of Shift Report for the next agent
