We are delighted to offer an internship opportunity within our Finance Department, focusing on Revenue Management and F&B Cost Control — two strategic areas that ensure profitability and efficiency in a luxury operation.

As a Revenue Management & F&B Cost Control Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn how to interpret financial data, support cost and revenue analysis, and contribute to decision-making processes that directly impact the performance of the resort.

- Demonstrate unwavering commitment to the values and mission of Vila Vita Parc, contributing to the preservation and strengthening of the brand’s reputation and identity across all areas of operation.
- Represent and promote the Vila Vita Parc brand in all interactions and activities, ensuring that our standards of quality and excellence associated with the resort are upheld and reinforced.

**Data Collection & Organization**:
Support the daily collection of outlet revenue data through the POS system.

Structure simple reports on restaurant occupancy, average ticket, and RevPASH.

Gather information on events and weddings (number of guests, selected menus, projected vs. actual revenues).

**Financial Analysis Support**:

- Prepare basic dashboards in Excel/Power BI to monitor KPIs (daily revenue, F&B cost %, outlet margins).
- Assist in cost and consumption control: compare stock transfers with registered sales.
- Support preliminary calculations of budget vs. actual variances.
- Manage F&B bookings data by comparing discrepancies between hotel occupancy rates and outlet occupancy rates, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Participate in auditing F&B POS transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

**Control & Compliance**:

- Assist in recording and monitoring of complimentary items, discounts, and gratuities across outlets.
- Collect guest feedback data related to upselling/cross-selling to assess financial impact.
- Organize supporting documentation for internal F&B audits.

**Pricing & Strategy Support**:

- Assist in benchmarking menu prices across competitor resorts.
- Collect data on seasonal menu acceptance, wine dinners, and brunches to evaluate profitability.
- Support mapping of the financial impact of campaigns and special events (e.g., Valentine’s, Christmas, Easter).
- Analyze stock movements, identify items with high turnover and those that remain longest in stock.

**Cost Control (Integration with F&B Operations)**
- Support invoice control and price verification.
- Contribute to ratio analysis by department, outlet, and cost center.
- Collaborate in inventory monitoring and internal audits.
- Assist in comparing actual vs. budgeted costs and identifying corrective measures.
