**The Profile**:
- You are proficient in Dutch
- You are proficient in English (from level C1)
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are open to learn everything about customer care
- You are able to work 160 hours a month in rotating shifts (Monday to Friday)
- You are happy to live in Lisbon
- Some experience in a call center is nice to have, but not mandatory
Your responsibilities:
- You will offer information about the ingredients and composition of the products
- You will give assistance in case of emergency and improper use of the products
