We are currently looking for a **Program Manager**, **based in Europe**, who has a strong understanding of local culture, educational or leisure travel, and is eager to grow within a fast-paced, international company.

**Key Qualifications and Experience**:

- Based in any European country
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Energetic, extroverted, and self-motivated
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Program Management team with research and outreach to corporate partners for on-site and virtual educational programs
- Develop detailed itineraries and supporting documentation for clients
- Build and maintain relationships with business executives, government officials, and NGOs to organize high-impact experiences
- Coordinate with client leaders (business school faculty, staff, and/or students) to tailor each itinerary
- Travel with groups to execute and coordinate program logistics on-site or virtually
- Organize additional group activities beyond the itinerary as needed
- Ensure exceptional service delivery before and during each trip
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless program execution

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in on-site tourism, study abroad programs, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills

Pay: 1,800.00€ - 2,200.00€ per month
