Estamos a recrutar um **Customer Experience Specialist**, para integrar a equipa de Customer Experience, no Porto.
**Principais responsabilidades**:
- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de melhoria da experiência do cliente, com foco no aumento da satisfação e do Net Promoter Score_ _(NPS).
- Analisar dados de feedback, identificar pontos críticos e propor ações corretivas para otimizar a jornada do cliente.
- Criar e implementar estratégias de retenção e fidelização, reduzindo a churn rate e promovendo maior lealdade dos clientes.
- Participar no desenho e definição de requisitos para o desenvolvimento de produtos tecnológicos que visem a melhoria da experiência do cliente, em colaboração com equipas multidisciplinares.
- Atuar como agente de mudança dentro da organização, sensibilizando as diferentes equipas para a importância da experiência do cliente e garantindo a adoção das melhores prática.
**Requisitos**:
- Formação superior em Gestão, Marketing ou áreas relacionadas.
- Experiência de 2 a 3 anos na área de Marketing ou Customer Experience - preferencialmente em ambientes dinâmicos e orientados ao cliente.
- Conhecimento e experiência na utilização de plataformas de CRM e Customer Journey Mapping.
- Excelentes competências de comunicação e colaboração, com capacidade para influenciar diferentes stakeholders.
- Mentalidade inovadora e orientada para a solução, com forte capacidade de execução e implementação de melhorias.
- Fluência em português e inglês
