Contract Manager

As a Contract Manager, you will collaborate with local and global Legal & Contract Management teams to provide legal and contract management support to corporate divisions.

In your new role, you will:

- Be the first **point of contact for all business contract-related inquiries,**clarifying all issues before and after the conclusion of the contract
- Have overall **contract project management responsibility**with worldwide customers, partners, and suppliers
- **Develop negotiation strategies**with cross-functional negotiation teams, **leading contract negotiations, strategic projects**, and **customer meetings**:

- **Consult with division contacts**on the status of contract negotiations and contract topics
- **Identify and assess risk-related areas**during the contract negotiation and life cycle with the required internal stakeholders

Your strong communication skills enable you to quickly establish successful cooperation within your team and with others. You have a self-driven working style as you are able to work independently and structure your own work.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **Degree in Law, Economics**, or other relevant fields of studies
- **At least 3 years of experience in a similar role**with proficiency in leading **contract negotiations**:

- A good aptitude to **mediate and find compromises**with all relevant stakeholders in complex technical and legal matters
- A good ability to identify and assess risks
- **A confident attitude**with a strong business focus, **good presentation skills**, and **good problem-solving abilities**:

- **Fluent in written and spoken English**- mandatory
