**Description**:
**Somos PILAT3S**; alinhamos os benefícios do Reformer PILAT3S, combinando o Pilates tradicional com movimentos dinâmicos e tecnologia de ponta. Com três aulas concebidas para elevar o estilo de vida a cada movimento. Após a estreia no mercado português através da Holmes Place Portugal e em fase de expansão procuramos um(a) **Studio Manager PILAT3S** para o novo estúdio na **Foz do Douro**.

**Como Studio Manager PILAT3S, terá como principais responsabilidades**:

- Gestão e coordenação do estúdio, horários e aulas;
- Liderar auditorias de serviço mensais;
- Apoio na comunicação interna, onboarding e recrutamento;
- Desenvolvimento, gestão e acompanhamento técnico da equipa de Lead Coaches e Coaches PILAT3S;
- Atingir os objetivos propostos e maximizar as oportunidades de aumentar os resultados;
- Lecionar e executar as rotinas pré-programadas de PILAT3S - Align, Tone e Power;
- Estabelecer contacto com os sócios antes, durante e depois de cada aula;
- Criar um ambiente agradável e seguro;
- Assegurar que a qualidade do produto é mantida através da metodologia da marca PILAT3S, da tecnologia e das rotinas pré-programadas;
- Participar na integração e na formação contínua da marca;
- Atuar como embaixador de PILAT3S.

**Perfil Pretendido**:

- Licenciatura em Ciências do Desporto ou similar;
- Cédula TEEF / PROCAFD atualizada (fator eliminatório);
- Experiência em aulas de fitness em grupo;
- Preferencialmente com formação em Pilates grandes equipamentos (reformer), existindo a possibilidade de obter a formação base (reformer);
- Experiência em gestão de equipas (preferencial);
- Capacidade de liderança e motivação;
- Apaixonado por saúde e fitness e conceitos de boutique;
- Perfil carismático, confiante, comunicativo e com espírito de equipa;
- Organizado e pontual, com excelentes capacidades de gestão do tempo;
- Capacidade de fomentar relações fortes e de interagir com pessoas de todas as origens e grupos demográficos;
- Inglês fluente (preferencial).
