**_Location_**_: We are flexible Come and join us either in Athens, Lisbon, Madrid, or Barcelona._

For our Procurement team we are looking for a reliable, data driven and highly motivated **Procurement Administrator** (M/F/d) who is interested in improving and maintaining procurement processes into a fast paced and super international company.

**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Maintenance and improvement of procurement processes and tools
- Assisting procurement managers in the procurement journey: vendor sourcing, NDA collection, RFP management, Invoicing, etc.
- Communication and collaboration with cross functional teams: legal, finance, data protection, infosecurity, etc.
- Analysis of data to prepare negotiations and to help smart decision making
- Market research
- Support in vendor negotiations

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- Studies in Administration, Project, Business Management or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in Procurement or Project Management
- Organisational and analytical skills
- Experience abroad
- Very good communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of Google tools (and/or Microsoft ones), particularly Gsheet/Excel
- Good knowledge of JIRA, Docusign, and RFP platforms
