YOUR ROLE- Contribute to the development of the relationship with the Client through the implementation of CRM strategies;
- Execute multichannel Marketing communication plans targeted at Clients;Develop and implement multichannel direct marketing campaigns (segmentation, selection, analysis, and reporting);
- Ensure continuous improvement and optimization of direct marketing processes, aiming to maximize campaign ROI.
YOUR PROFILE- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, etc.;
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in similar positions;
- Strong knowledge of SQL and/or SAS (or another database tool);
- Experience in creating reports/dashboards (Power BI, Excel) is valued;
- Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Teamwork skills and initiative;
- Good communication skills;
- Knowledge of English (mandatory)
