**Job Summary**:
The role of the Content Operations Specialist is to fulfill Managed Services (MS) for Appspace customers and to coordinate services engagements and deliverables. A member of the Content Team, the Content Operations Specialist is uniquely positioned to work directly with customers. The Content Operations Specialist works closely with the Project Management Office, Customer Success Managers and Consulting System Engineers to provide an exceptional customer experience and to identify opportunities for account expansion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage content, including individual card content and channel updates, for MS customers
- Coordinate with Service Delivery teams to design and develop deliverables for MS customers
- Provide regular advisory and content strategy sessions to MS customers
- Provide monthly reports to MS customers, documenting analytics, goal tracking, and content & strategy suggestions; coordinate customer interaction with CSMs
- Take a holistic approach to customer accounts and engagement, identifying opportunities where additional Appspace products would help customers achieve their defined goals
- Contribute and assist in creation of best practices documentation for content strategy on the Appspace platform
- Partner with Product Training Specialists to create top-notch on-boarding experience
- Support Content team in optimizing the use of Appspace platform
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Job Skills & Experience**:

- At least 2+ years of B2B experience building customer relationships, with demonstrated success aligning customer needs with company solutions
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to create and implement strategic communication initiatives at both organizational and team levels
- Ability to successfully balance multiple projects and priorities at the same time
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, excels at working with groups and facilitating discussions
- Experience creating presentations, user guides or how-to documentation for customers
- Experience in digital content management
- Experience in supporting Workplace Experience initiatives and teams
- Committed collaborator, effective at creating cross-team ownership
- Bachelor's degree
