**Your Role**

Key responsibilities in your new role:
As a Procurement - Global Category Management Analyst, you will drive operational excellence and support high performance teams globally contributing to Infineon’s growth and global success.
- **Enable**category management** by preparing and providing reporting and**data analytics** on key procurement metrics such as**spend data**,**planning forecasts**, and**negotiation pipelines
- Collaborate closely with global category managers** to prepare and implement effective**category strategies
- **Focus on advanced**cost analytics and reporting** by collecting data from logistics partners and allocating spend to Infineon locations using tools like**MS Excel** and**Tableau
- **Provide updates on the**Procurement Savings Dashboard (PSD)**, identify key deviations, and analyze procurement performance**:

- **Consolidate and maintain**payment term reports** while highlighting key challenges and areas for improvement**:

- **Support**sustainability initiatives** through the preparation of quarterly CO2 reports and contributing to offsetting analysis**:

- **Assist with**RfQ procedures**, supplier communications, and offer analyses**

**Your Profile**

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
You are enthusiastic about procurement and have a strong drive to solve problems and contribute to business success with your knowledge and skills.
- Have a degree in **Business Administration**, **Industrial Engineering**, or a related field (**mandatory**)
- Al least **3-5 years of professional experience** in **sourcing and procurement**, **data analytics**, or **project management** (**mandatory**)
- Show strong **analytical skills** and a passion for **procurement topics** (**mandatory**)
- Are highly proficient in **MS Office**, especially **PowerPoint** and **Excel**, along with tools like **Tableau** or **PowerBI** (**mandatory**)
- Have experience with **advanced reporting and data visualization** (**nice-to-have**)
- Have knowledge of **sustainability reporting** (**nice-to-have**)
- Are fluent in **English** (written and spoken) (**mandatory**)
