As a Team Lead Financial Performance Controlling Procurement (f/m/div), you will play a crucial role as a strategic partner to the business, enabling informed decision-making by delivering precise and insightful financial data and reports.

**In your new role you will**:

- Lead and manage the local team responsible for **performance controlling, reporting and savings auditing**:

- **Oversee various consolidation tasks**and ensure seamless coordination with other teams
- Facilitate the review, preparation, and moderation of **key performance indicators and forecast alignment meetings**:

- Prepare and present comprehensive management operating reviews
- Coordinate **prepayment forecasting**and ensure approval and communication with relevant stakeholders
- Manage corporate **risk reporting processes**, including **risk consolidation**and **categorization**:

- Drive essential **financial hedging activities**and align with necessary parties
- Coordination and presentation of **raw material premises**Engage in conceptual work to continuously improve processes and efficiency

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Business Administration with a focus on finance or have gained comparable experience**:

- At least **5 years of relevant professional experience in finance**and controlling**within a corporate environment
- Strong **analytical skills**and a high degree of **negotiating power and diplomacy**:

- Familiarity with **SAP and other digitalization tools**(a plus)
- Interpersonal skills to **lead a small local team**, collaborate with a team in Munich, and partner with globally acting **PROC business functions**:

- Excellent c **ommunication skills**and a focus on business partner needs
- **A proactive personality**with a sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to leverage **business intelligence tools**and technology that support **reporting, automation, and monitoring of performance metrics**:

- **Fluency in English**(mandatory) - German is a plus
