Procurement Lean Practitioner, Productivity

Are you ready to make a significant impact? As a Procurement Lean Practitioner, you'll work closely with the Lean Expert for Procurement to deploy Lean process improvements across our global network.

**Accountabilities**
- Support the deployment of Lean process improvement across the Procurement network.
- Partner with Procurement Leaders and their teams to execute performance improvement activities.
- Diagnose, analyse, and improve Procurement processes using Lean tools and techniques.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and challenge existing processes.
- Lead deep process analysis through value stream mapping and kaizen initiatives.
- Essential Skills/Experience
- In-depth understanding of multi-location business challenges and how process improvement principles support and drive continuous improvements.
- Expertise in End to End delivery of Project Management and process improvement.
- Demonstrable coaching, training, and mentoring of process improvement.
- Track record of delivering business impact and sustained change with an understanding of change management principles.
- Good facilitation and workshop delivery skills.
- Great communication skills and experience working with Global teams.
- Green Belt - 6 Sigma (preferable but not essential).

- Ability to work with teams and individually in a highly dynamic and exciting environment.
