Cruise Booking Auditor

**About This Job**:
The Cruise Booking Auditor's primary responsibility is to increase the efficiency of this call center by auditing US Cruise reservations making sure internal and external partners policies are followed, among other functions such as to handle processing and reconciliation tasks, reporting tasks, customer notifications, cancellations. The purpose of this function is to avoid errors that may compromise the client's travel and lead to escalations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Audit and control of cruise bookings
- Making necessary changes such as name, sailing itinerary or travel dates
- Payments and reconciliations with cruise lines and insurers
- Controlling payment discrepancies and amending them in a timely manner in accordance with cruise line invoices.
- Updating reservations on different platforms
- Complaints: research and support for Customer Service Department
- Working with booking agents on final payment due dates, cc details and deposits
- Working with cruise leadership on correct sign offs
- Analyze suppliers' important notifications and take necessary actions accordingly, from directing to the correct departments to preparing reports, and subsequently informing our members directly
- Handle cancellations following specific Cruise Line guidelines, and brand requirements
- Looking for discrepancies in payments made, making sure they are corrected in a timely manner
- Manage various mailboxes in a timely and organized manner

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of back office experience
- Fluent English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new software and functionalities of existing systems
- Proficiency on using different system platforms
- High proficiency on excel is required to build reports
- Ability to deliver assigned tasks in timely manner
- Flexibility to work in the US hours

**Compensation**:

- Base 705€ / month plus bonuses

- Windows 10 or MAC High Sierra or Mojave
- CPU: 1.5 GHz or higher dual core processor
- RAM: 4 GB of RAM
- Hard Drive: At least 500gb with 250MB free space
- **Internet** with 30Mbps Upload and 30Mbps Download for VoIP (Ethernet connection is a must)
- **Headset** USB with Noise Canceling, similar to Plantronics C3220 or Jabra ENC010
- **USB Camera** or in-Built laptop camera
