Our company is a young and dynamic company specializing in thermal insulation solutions for homes. We focus on wall and roof insulation, introducing successful foreign solutions to the Portuguese market. As a Commercial Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading our commercial activities, both indoor and outdoor. Your tasks include conducting consultations, preparing quotations, account management, and in general active acquisition of new clients. You play a crucial role in setting up and organically growing our sales department.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leading the sales activities.
- Active acquisition of new clients and markets.
- Setting up and developing the sales department.
- Maintaining customer relationships and account management.
- Advising clients and preparing quotes.

**What Are We Looking For?**
- Someone with commercial insight and entrepreneurial qualities.
- Experience in the construction sector is a plus.
- A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and basic English.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Someone who takes initiative and is open to giving and receiving feedback.

- A salary range of €1500 - €2250, depending on experience and qualifications.
