Then come and join our global team as **Internal Control Professional (M/F/d) **to support internal Controls team in Europe.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Responsible for an adequate and efficient Internal Control (IC) process for selected European entities in the IC Hub VAR
- Leads the IC Integration of the entities into the Siemens Healthineers Internal Control methodology, in alignment with the IC VAR Hub.
- Responsible to ensure that the Internal Control (IC) tasks such as applicability analysis and account scoping are completed in a timely manner and at high quality.
- Provides first level support to the Control Requirement Contacts (CRCs) and advises them on the definition, adaptation and harmonization of internal processes and control descriptions.
- Assesses control weaknesses (deficiencies) and supports the CRCs in the documentation and identification of appropriate remediation plans.
- Reports the IC status to Entity management and to IC Central Team on a regular basis.
- Facilitates a timely sign-off of the Internal Certification for the Entities
- Supports and develops the IC community in your Entities via trainings as well as ideas for continuous improvement and increased efficiency of the IC process. Focus will be on data analytics, harmonization and automation of controls, digitalization as well as the use of artificial intelligence.

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- University degree or an MBA in the field of economics, general management, or a comparable discipline.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in the field of Internal Control, Financial Audit or Accounting.
- In-depth knowledge of business processes, preferably at Siemens Healthineers or other Siemens entities.
- Experience in working on agile projects with a multitude of different tasks and stakeholders with international exposure.
- Strong presentation and communication skills as well as excellent English skills, which enable you to communicate easily and at eye level with different parts of the business and management levels in an international environment. Further language skills, especially French and/or Spanish are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally for up to 15%.
