**WHO?**:
VORTEX-CoLab is looking for a driven Research & Innovation Project Manager Officer to support with the project organization and monitoring the project KPIs, complying with the Vortex values and objectives.
- Master’s degree in Business or Engineering;
- 2-4 years of relevant working experience in R&I technology driven environments and in agile Project Management;
- Experience in managing, multiple projects, identifying potential hurdles and moving forward through completion;
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with researchers, engineers and executives simultaneously;
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work assignments, based on changing business and resource needs;
- Flexible and able to learn quickly in a dynamic and fast-paces environment;
- PMP or PRINCE II certification;
- Experience with management tools (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of the Scrum methodology is a plus;
- Experience with financials and business plans is a plus;
- Proficiency in English
**WHAT?**:
How you can expect to fill your days:
- Support in the establishment of a framework for project delivery
- Define, control and update processes, policies, and procedures
- Provide support by supplying templates, best practices, training, access to information, and lessons learned from other projects; and require compliance to project management frameworks and methodologies.
- Support the definition of success measures, methodologies, and tools to be used in Project management
- Gathers project data, in cooperation with Project Manager, to provide insights and metrics on overall performance and offer proposals on ways to continually improve
- Manages resources, in cooperation with Project Manager and Operational Team, regarding projects allocation, hour booking validation, absences, travels and training schedules
- Manages non-human resources (tools, space, equipment)
- Supports creating all project documentation, like project plan, reports, monitoring tools, etc.
