**About the Opportunity**

Join the opening team of a brand-new 5-star luxury resort in Crete for the 2026 summer season We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated **Assistant Restaurant Managers / Restaurant Supervisors** to support the daily operations of a high-end dining venue within one of Europe’s top hospitality destinations.

This is your chance to work in a prestigious international environment, enhance your career in F&B management, and gain experience with one of the leading hotel groups in the region.

**What You Will Do**
- Support restaurant operations and day-to-day management
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team during busy service periods
- Ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction, especially with VIP clientele
- Manage supplies, inventory, and equipment in coordination with the Bar/Restaurant Manager
- Assist in staff training and performance development
- Uphold health & safety and hygiene regulations
- Foster a positive team environment and maintain a high-energy, professional atmosphere

**What We Are Looking For**
- Previous experience as a waiter or team leader in a restaurant or bar
- Experience supervising a team in an F&B environment is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Minimum B2 level in English; additional languages (German, French, or Russian) are a strong advantage
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality or F&B Management is desirable
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality
- EU passport or valid working permit for Greece
