O World of Wine é uma das maiores atrações de Portugal, reunindo experiências/museus culturais, restaurantes e bares, 1 escola de vinhos e espaços para eventos e exposições temporárias. 

Estamos à procura de um Restaurant Manager (M/F/D), para integrar a nossa equipa.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Gerir o dia a dia operacional do restaurante;
  • Garantir os padrões de excelência e o cumprimento dos standards de qualidade de produto e serviço;
  • Gestão operacional de pessoas, distribuindo tarefas pelos diferentes membros da equipa, de acordo com especificidades do serviço;
  • Estabelecer metas, cronogramas, KPI's e acompanhar indicadores de gestão de forma a garantir o cumprimento dos objetivos definidos;
  • Controlar as aberturas e os fechos de caixa;
  • Supervisionar os planos de limpeza e higiene estabelecidos e fazer cumprir as normas de HACCP;
  • Participar e alinhar os processos de recrutamento, seleção e integração de novos colaboradores.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência profissional comprovada na função;
  • Experiência em gestão e liderança de equipas;
  • Forte capacidade de comunicação;
  • Orientado para resultados;
  • Domínio da língua inglesa.
