We invite an experienced Intermediate Project Manager with a solid foundation in Scrum and Agile to join our international team. In this role, you'll oversee 12+ delivery streams across multiple distributed teams, working closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth, coordinated delivery. You'll facilitate collaboration, track progress, and support Agile adoption during the account-wide transition to Scrum/SAFe.

Is that you?
- 4+ years as a Project Manager or hybrid PM/Scrum Master in IT
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks and delivery practices
- Experience managing multi-team delivery and integrating work across several teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align multiple managers and keep delivery on track
- Experience identifying blockers, managing risks, and resolving dependencies
- Experience with change, release, or quality management in distributed environments
- Ability to facilitate discussions, align stakeholders, and close communication gaps
- Knowledge of delivery metrics, reporting, and tools like Jira and Confluence
- Ownership and accountability with a hands-on, follow-through mindset
- Proactivity, autonomy, and a structured approach to coordination and delivery
- Upper-Intermediate English level
Desirable:
- Scrum Master or SAFe certification
- Experience supporting Agile/SAFe transformations
- Familiarity with commerce, payments, or retail technology domains
Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you'll ensure smooth delivery across multiple teams by coordinating, facilitating, and aligning the work of 12+ project managers.
- Coordinate activities across multiple teams and managers to keep delivery on track
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project managers and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and dependencies across workstreams
- Align priorities and follow up to ensure scope delivery, helping managers close gaps when needed
- Support Agile adoption and guide teams during the transition to Scrum/SAFe
- Track progress, delivery metrics, and report consistently to leadership
- Provide visibility and escalate issues to maintain quality and timelines
