**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Spa Therapist to join our team. You will deliver a wide range of spa treatments to the highest standards, ensuring our guests, members, and clients have an exceptional and relaxing experience from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a range of high-quality spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, waxing, and manicures/pedicures.
- Ensure clients receive a warm, friendly, and professional welcome.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms at all times.
- Manage time efficiently during treatments and support cost control by using products appropriately.
- Handle spa reception duties when needed, including bookings, enquiries, and point-of-sale transactions.
- Support spa operations and work as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day running.
- Address customer concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and grooming.
- Participate in regular training and team meetings.
- Assist with stock control, equipment care, and general spa upkeep.
- Promote products and treatments, supporting sales targets set by management.

**Requirements**:

- Recognised qualifications in beauty/spa therapy (essential).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (essential).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- A positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.

**Health & Safety**:
You will be expected to follow all company health, safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures. Reporting any accidents, incidents, or equipment issues is part of this role.
