We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer. - **Fast and easy recruitment process**: - **Location: Lisbon**: - **No Experience Needed**:What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things **About the project**: As an **Operations Customer Support Specialist**, you will support advertisers using some of the world’s most influential social and communication platforms. Small and medium-sized businesses rely on you to solve technical issues, optimize their campaigns, and better understand the available advertising tools. You will communicate with clients who have already purchased advertising services and ensure they receive smooth, high-quality post-sales assistance. This position is part of an international support team that collaborates daily to maintain excellent service standards. **Responsibilities**: - Provide both **pre - and post-sales support** for self-service advertising solutions. - Explain platform features, tools, and best practices to help clients improve their advertising performance. - Investigate technical issues, document bugs, and guide customers through troubleshooting steps. - Recognize recurring patterns across multiple clients and help develop long-term improvements. **Requirements**: - Excellent command of **Italian** language and very good knowledge of **English** language (written and spoken). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and supportive way. - Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to handle queries with patience and professionalism. - Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, or online advertising tools (or the motivation to learn quickly). - Problem-solving attitude and the capacity to work with detailed processes and guidelines. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Eligibility to work in **Portugal** and willingness to relocate if needed. **What you will gain**: - Base salary**:1050 € gross x 14 times per year**: - Christmas allowance**:87.50 €**: - Holiday allowance**:87.50 €**: - Meal allowance**:154 €** **IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD - relocation package**: - Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal - Room in shared apartment with bills included - base salary: 768€ gross **Note: EU citizenship or full working rights are required** ?PORld> Pay: 1,050.00€ - 1,380.00€ per month Application Question(s): - Are you based in Lisbon or ready to relocate? - When can you start working? **Language**: - Italian (required) - English (required)
